Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

This policy is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable Norwegian and EEA law.

To request a return, contact us at support@maldenlimited.com before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. We do not reimburse return shipping costs for ordinary returns or changes of mind.

Voluntary 30-day return policy

During the first 14 days after delivery, your statutory right of withdrawal may apply as described below.

From day 15 through day 30, returns are accepted under our voluntary return policy only if the product:

Is unused, unworn, and undamaged
Is returned with all accessories and components
Is in its original packaging
Includes the receipt or other proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, sleep masks and earplugs cannot be returned under our voluntary return policy after they have been worn, used, or otherwise brought into direct contact with the body.

Products showing signs of use, wear, contamination, damage, or incomplete packaging may be refused under the voluntary return policy.

Norwegian and EEA right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in Norway or the European Economic Area, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If an order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period generally begins when the final item or shipment is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the withdrawal period expires by sending a clear statement to:

You may use the statutory model withdrawal form provided with your order, but doing so is not mandatory. Any clear statement confirming that you wish to withdraw from the purchase is sufficient.

After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice of withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, or unless we have agreed otherwise.

You may inspect a product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Where a hygiene-sensitive product has been delivered in sealed hygienic packaging, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease once that seal has been broken, provided the product is not suitable for return due to genuine health-protection or hygiene reasons and the exception is permitted under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Arrives damaged
Is defective
Is not the product you ordered
Is missing components

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

If the claim is accepted, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs and arrange an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the product instructions is not considered a product defect.

Exceptions and non-returnable products

The following products may be excluded from our voluntary 30-day return policy:

Used or worn hygiene-sensitive products
Products returned in an incomplete or damaged condition
Personalised or custom-made products
Gift cards

Sale items remain covered by applicable statutory withdrawal and consumer rights. A discounted price does not remove rights provided by law.

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your product is eligible for return.

Bundles

Products purchased as part of a bundle must normally be returned together with all products, accessories, and packaging included in that bundle.

If only part of a bundle is returned, any refund may be adjusted to reflect the price of the products retained, provided this is permitted by applicable law.

The statutory right of withdrawal and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive another product is to request a return and place a new order after the return has been accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.

For a valid statutory withdrawal, we will issue the required refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Where required by law, the refund will include the original standard delivery charge. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

For returns made only under our voluntary 30-day return policy after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable unless otherwise required by law.
